Memorial Hall

   The Memorial Hall is situated behind the Main Shrine.  According to Grand Master Hsing Yun, Humanistic Buddhism encourage looking after people throughout their lives.  The Memorial Hall is aimed to provide a blissful place for the deceased and a bring peace to their families and friends.  This also propagates filial piety and gratitude with blessing by Buddha and Bodhisattva.  The memorial hall is managed by the Sangha.  There will be continuous chanting throughout the day.  Incense, flowers, lamps and fruits will be offered daily, and prayer services be performed annually to transfer merits in memories of the deceased to reborn in the Pure Land.
